    “Hübscher Fischerort zwischen Ostsee und Achterwasser, es gibt immer wieder etwas Neues zu entdecken. Anschluss an die Usedomer Bäderbahn, toller Strand, vielseitiges Programm am Kurplatz, Laufnähe zum quirligen Zinnowitz und Koserow ist gut mit dem Fahrrad oder der Bahn zu erreichen. Wir kommen schon seit Jahren.”

    “Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Näheren Umgebung ausreichend vorhanden (Edeka/ Netto / Aldi / Rossmann usw) alles auch mit dem Rad erreichbar. Man kann viel unternehmen, waren z.b In Karls Erdbeerhof oder in der Welt der Illusion , Trampulin / Hüpfburgen und es gibt vieles mehr für Kinder in der Umgebung . Der Ort Zempin ist eher ruhig, was uns sehr gelegen kam, da kann man echt gut abspannen. Auch wenn mal kein Badewetter ist hat man auch mal Zeit zum lesen auf dem echt großen Balkon mit eigenem Strandkorb. Fischverkauf / Räuchereien - alles echt lecker- im Ort.”
