Two cosy holiday apartments in a quiet location and near the beach, ideal for those seeking leisure and exploratory trips

The apartments enjoy a quiet location on a cul-de-sac and about 80 metres from the beach. The centre of Malinska is about 10 minutes away, easy to get to on foot along the sea or by car.

It is a semi-detached house with a holiday apartment on the ground floor and another on the second floor. The owner lives on the second floor.

Three bicycles a duo canoe and a child’s bed (all free of charge) are available. The owner’s son sometimes catches white fish with a harpoon that you can have. If you need any help or advice during your stay, the owner is happy to assist.

The house is situated between two little bays. The first bay is 80 metres away and has more pebble. The other bay is about 100 metres away and is predominantly sand. See from the beach. The house is on the second row behind pine trees. If you need anything urgently, then there is a little grocery shop about 150 metres away. Alternatively, there is a large supermarket with a wider choice in the centre. The restaurants and shops are also not far away, about 150-250 metres. The centre is about 1100 metres away.

Holiday Apartment in Malinska with Private Parking

The holiday apartment in the attic measures around 62m² and can accommodate up to four people. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180cm wide), the second with two single beds. The large living and dining room has a comfortable sofa bed for one person. A dining table invites you to dine together. There is also an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a coffee machine, fridge, gas stove, toaster and kettle. A bar counter invites you to sit together. You can see as far as the sea through two windows in the living room. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room. The bathroom has a bath. The WC is separate.

The 32m² terrace is partially covered with an awning and has a stone grill. To the side there is a six-metre-long leaf wall (glizina). A table for six people and a garden lounger invite you to relax. From the terrace there is a partial sea view as far as the island Cres. The property also has a parking lot.
