The 350m2 luxury chalet has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: five bedrooms with double bed, each with en-suite bathroom, and a lounge with sofa bed for two additional guests. The modern and well-equipped kitchen opens onto an exclusive dining/living area with fireplace. The SPA area with sauna and steam bath is on the ground floor. The terrace and balcony offer stunning views of the Eiger North Face.

The house is located 5 minutes’ drive from the village centre. Grindelwald Grund train station and the Grindelwald Terminal are a 10-minute walk away. The bus stop is close by.

WiFi and two garage parking spaces are included in the rent.

Pets are welcome.

Smoking is not allowed in the house.

The glacier village of Grindelwald nestles in a diverse, unspoilt Alpine landscape. It is world famous for its backdrop of snow-covered mountains including the Wetterhorn, Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. In summer, some 500 kilometers of well-marked walking, hiking and mountain trails wait to be explored. En route you will find you’ll find rustic mountain restaurants offering a wide selection of good food, ideal spots to take a relaxing break. The region has many other summer activities to enjoy, such as 120 kilometers of marked mountain-biking routes, paragliding, bungee jumping in the glacier gorge, scooter bike run, summer roller-sledge run, First cliff walk and much more. In winter, 45 mountain railways, aerial cableways and ski lifts offer an invitation to enjoy great fun in the Jungfrau Region. The tree areas of, Grindelwald-First, Kleine Scheidegg-Männlichen and Mürren-Schilthorn offer over 200 kilometers of pistes, with a choice of thrilling or easy downhill runs. Non-skiers are well created for with 100 kilometers of winter-walking trails. The region is also a paradise for sledding fans. The 15-kilometre sledge run from the Faulhorn summit down to Grindelwald is the longest in the Alps. And there’s plenty more snow sport on offer in the Jungfrau Region, including snowshoe tours, cross country skiing and ice sport.

    “Das Haus hält was es verspricht! Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Vermieterin (nich e-domizil) eher kompliziert. Positiv: Das Haus ist in einem Top-Zustand und super ausgestattet.Die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, einiger Bergbahnen und mit Blick auf den Eiger perfekt! Negativ: Extra-Kosten (dazu sehr hohe) für ein Baby-Stuhl oder ein Babybett sind bei diesem Preisniveau ein Witz. Ausflüge: Wanderung Grosse Scheidegg - First - Leichte, kinderwagentaugliche Wanderung mit einmaligen Panorama”

    wenn die wenigen Sachen noch korrigiert werden ;) Positiv: Die Lage des Chalets, Aussicht, die grossen Räume, Küche sehr gut bestückt alles vorhanden für grosse Gruppen Negativ: Duschvorrichtung Wasser harter Strahl, Duschköpfe gewünscht wie im Sauna Bereich
    Kein Radio oder kompatible Sound Vorrichtung
    Stellte man den TV im Wohnzimmer ein, war kein anderes Internet mehr vorhanden”

    “Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Positiv: Tolles Chalet mit viel Raum und schöner Ausstattung. Besonders gut, dass jedes der 5 Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Badzimmer mit WC hat. Negativ: Typ Kafimaschine so, dass man die Kapseln beim Vermieter kaufen muss, da nicht in den lokalen Geschäften verfügbar. Restaurant: Alte Post - Gemütliches Restaurant mit guter Karte.”
