This beautiful property is located in an exclusive area of Mallorca, offering all the comforts for an unforgettable stay. This magnificent villa has 5 bedrooms for up to 10 people, 3 bathrooms, a large living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.



The large outdoor space, with garden, above ground pool and lots of privacy, will make your holiday unforgettable. This villa is only 5 minutes from the beach and a short drive from the capital Palma. It also has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles, as well as a complete mechanical workshop at your disposal.



For easy transport, less than 100 metres away you will find bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 30, 31, 210 and 454, with number 15 you can be in the centre of Palma in only 15 minutes. This villa is the perfect choice to enjoy your holidays in Majorca, we are waiting for you!

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house does not have air conditioning, although fans will be provided to guests as needed. It does not have heating.



Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.



Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
