Beautiful house with swimming pool in a quiet residential area of El Arenal de Palma, just 3 minutes walk from the beach and the attractions offered by the tourist center of the island, where you will find an extremely wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, nightclubs, pubs, etc.
The cozy house is located on a plot of 390m2 where you can enjoy with your loved ones total privacy. Distributed in 140m2 of construction we find three bedrooms and 1 bathroom, which allows us to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Upon entering the property we find a comfortable and bright living room with air conditioning and television where spend long afternoons enjoying with friends, connected we find a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavor.
Outside by the pool you will have furniture at your disposal to relax or just to share some snacks in the barbecue area overlooking the garden.
An ideal place to rest and have fun, the combination that will make your holiday in Mallorca an unforgettable experience.
Public transport: there is a bus stop just 250 metres away from the villa, there you will find the regular lines 15, 21 - destination Airport -, 23, 25 and the number 454 (TIB line) all within walking distance from the house. Our recommendation to go to Palma is the line 25 as it goes directly within 15 minutes to the city centre.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in the living room for the rest of the rooms fans can be made available to the customer. The house does not have heating either, although the air conditioning in the living room also has a heat pump for the winter.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
