The holiday home is located in the quiet town of Lochtrop and consists only of 10 houses. It is a unique farm house build in wooden timber style from the year 1769 and still has original elements. The house consists of two apartments which are located right next to each other and can be considered as one large house.

The expansive garden with terrace, lawn, swing, sandbox, barbecue and table tennis table is the ideal place to play and enjoy the fresh outdoor air. On long winter evenings, you can stay by the lovely open fireplace.

In the direct surroundings, you can go on various walking and cycling routes, to completely relax in nature. The village of Eslohe is 10 minutes away and is completely in the Homert nature reserve. Winterberg, which is famous for various activities and pistes is about half an hour away.

    “Wir haben dort einen Familien-Kurzurlaub in der Altersgruppe von 4 bis 70 und insgesamt 12 Personen verbracht. Alle hatten viel Spaß und haben das Ambiente eines alten verwinkelten Fachwerkhauses genossen. Da es zwei - verbundene - Wohneinheiten gab, entzerrte sich der Alltag bei Bedarf, so dass Kinder in einem anderen Wohnbereich spielen konnten, wenn das Wetter nicht so mitspielte.

    Das einzige "Manko": Es war nicht möglich, mit allen 12 Personen gemeinsam an einem Tisch zu essen. Mit 10 Personen ging es. Das Objekt war in einem gepflegten Zustand und liebevoll eingerichtet.”
