Die Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick ist nur 100m von Orts-Hafen und 200m von ersten Strand entfernt. Das Hauptstrand des Ortes ist zu Fuß erreichbar (zirka 500m). Die Ferienwohnung befindest sich in Einfamilienhaus am ersten Stock. Das ist die einzige Ferienwohnung des Vermieters (Der Vermieter wohnt ständig im Haus, im Erdgeschoss, nutzt jedoch einen separaten Eingang). Das Haus befindet sich auf einem 1000m2 großen, geschlossenen Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen, Sträuchern und Blumen. Das Apartment ist ganz neu, erstes mal in 2019 eingerichtet und registriert. Die Gesamtgröße ist 65m2, hat eigene Terrasse von zusätzlich 40m2, 2 Schlafzimmern, Bad, Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Sitzecke, WLAN, Sat-TV und Klimaanlage.
