Schlafzimmer mit grossem Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, TV und Esstisch, vollausgestattete Küche.
Die Wohnung richtet sich zur Bergseite mit einer schönen Aussicht.Kein Balkon vorhanden.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Bars und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Coop ebenfalls. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich eine Bar mit Club. Im Winter ist der Bar-und Clubbetrieb bis in die frühen Morgenstunden zu hören. Im Frühjahr, Sommer & Herbst ist es ruhig. Der Bus ist eine Minute Fussweg entfernt. Arosa eignet sich super zum Erholen, Ski fahren, wandern, Bärenland und Eichhörnliweg ansehen, Natur geniessen. Skikeller ist verfügbar. Garage auf Anfrage (kostenpflichtig). Die Wohnung ist für 2-4 Personen geeignet.
Check in über Schlüsselsafe zwischen 17Uhr und 23:30Uhr. Beim Check out (bis 10Uhr) bitte die Schlüssel zurück in den Schlüsselsafe hängen und wieder schliessen.
