Located 5km from the Mediterranean beaches, between Perpignan and Narbonne, a comfortable independent cottage in the garden of a quiet and wooded property, close to all shops. Arriving since June 2018, Jacqueline and Philippe are happy to welcome you and share this enchanting place with you. In the heart of the Narbonnaise Regional Park, the independent cottage is located next to the owners' house. Its access is independent and it has its own private garden.

The independent cottage is all on one level, comprising on the ground floor: a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen with a sleeping area with a 90 cm bed, a bathroom with toilet. The living room opens onto a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Closed and private parking on the property.

The village of La Palme borders the ponds and is located a few kilometers from the Mediterranean beaches where you can enjoy various activities such as water sports, sailing, or sea fishing. The village is the starting point for the many sites of the Cathar Country in the upper Corbières. You will be at the center of the local terroir with the oyster farms of Leucate or the wine cellars of La Palme. Around, enjoy a rich cultural and natural heritage: Barberousse Tower and salt museum, chalets on stilts in Gruissan. Villages of Bages and Peyriac de mer. Salses Fortress. Narbonnaise Regional Park, the Etangs, the Gouffre de l'œil doux, the Massif de la Clape. Hiking enthusiasts, several trails start from the village.
