• Our villa is located in the Değirmenyanı area, belonging to the Hisarönü district, the first settlement area on the Marmaris-Datça Bozburun road, away from the crowded city and noise of Marmaris. 

• With its modern architecture, private pool, and spacious garden, our villa is waiting for you and your loved ones to create unforgettable memories.

• A security deposit of 1000₺ is required on the day of arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure if there is no damage or loss.

Marmaris is a port city located on the southwestern coast of Turkey where the Aegean and Mediterranean Seas meet, and it belongs to the Muğla province. Marmaris is one of the most important tourist centers in Turkey and the largest holiday resort on the Aegean coast. Marmaris Peninsula, with its rich history and magnificent nature, has been the settlement area of numerous civilizations throughout history and has hosted many ports and cities. With its natural beauty, long coastline, hills covered with pine forests and magnificent views, unspoiled bays, unique beaches, ancient cities, yacht marinas, and offering all kinds of activities, Marmaris welcomes hundreds of thousands of tourists every year.

Located in a central point among the frequently visited tourist attractions of Marmaris, our villa is 6 km away from the nearest sea, Hisarönü Bay.

Within a 1 km distance, there are many chain markets, mosques, bakeries, and gas stations.

With a land area of 450m² and a living space of 100m², the villa also has a 40m² wooden veranda for use.

The pool area is not visible from the surroundings. It is 3x6 and 1.40cm deep with a leak-proof liner coating.

It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious open kitchen living room suitable for 4 adults (+2 children).

• Pool cleaning and garden maintenance are done daily. (At a time determined according to the suitability of our guests.)
• There is no extra charge for electricity and water usage.
