The two vacation homes for 2 people are detached on the owner's 900 m² residential property within a quiet residential area. The bathing beach on the Müritz is approx. 1 km away, the town center with harbor and old town is about 2 km away. There is a bakery on the neighboring property.
The vacation home is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, radio), an open cooking area (electric hob, fridge with freezer, various kitchen appliances), bedroom (double sofa bed), shower/WC and central heating. Each vacation home has a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers, bicycle storage and parking, W-LAN. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. Waren (Müritz) is subject to visitor's tax.
The state-recognized spa Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Highway access approx. 25 km.
