Ein sonniger großzügiger Balkon mit Liegestühlen , Tisch und Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Grillmöglichkeiten am nahe gelegenen See , der im Sommer zum Baden einlädt. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten beginnen direkt hinter dem Haus.
Diverse Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Im Haus steht eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Nutzung zur Verfügung.
