After a loving renovation in early 2018, Villa Redonda, as it was previously listed in our portfolio, has been has been converted into two houses for two people each Redondo Uno and Redonda Dos, each with a separate entrance and two private terraces, situated on a beautiful estate with breathtaking views and surrounded by young olive and citrus trees as well as lavender and oleander groves all in a natural Mediterranean setting on the edge of a nature reserve Energy production (photovoltaic and wind power) with self-supply and disposal allows the property to be managed in a natural environment without sacrificing modern comforts. As you drive up to the property, you will find groves of oleander and lavender planted on both sides of the plot The tarmac driveway is noticeable as soon as you arrive and you will notice the typical Mediterranean style of the old villa landscape. The impressive building, which also houses the Arco villa flat, is surrounded by well-kept terraces furnished with high-quality furniture. High-quality items such as teak furniture provide a wonderfully idyllic setting for long hours of outdoor relaxation. You can easily choose between the shaded and sunny terraces and find the perfect place to relax at any time of day. A huge, illuminated pool with a large, surrounding lounge area invites you to relax and offers wonderful refreshment on hot days. The Redonda Dos is a modern holiday villa flat with a minimalist design, tailored to the needs of nature lovers and modern travellers alike. Two guests will find plenty of space to relax and unwind in the 55 m² of living space. Traditional wooden beamed ceilings, beautiful floor tiles, light-coloured walls and wooden windows create a cheerful and pleasant atmosphere throughout the interior of the building. Unique pieces such as the teak dining table or the Bassetti bedspreads emphasise the high quality of the interior design. There is a fast WLAN connection so that you can stay in touch with your loved ones at home, as well as a DVD player with flat-screen TV for cosy cinema evenings. The combined dining and living room with fireplace offers plenty of opportunities for cosy indoor activities. There are two extremely comfortable sofas for resting and relaxing and the dining table is perfect for eating together. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, kettle and filter coffee machine, so you can prepare your meals at any time and enjoy them outdoors or indoors. There is a bright, tastefully decorated double bedroom for restful holiday nights and a modern, naturally lit bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Moving away from the villa's living room, you wander into the estate's plantations and gardens. Here you will find large, young olive tree plantations with over 350 olive trees, old fig and almond trees and a small collection of old cork oaks. These large Mallorcan gardens include young and old citrus trees, agaves, cacti, palms, yuccas, cypresses and jacaranda trees. They are beautifully arranged and bloom enormously in summer. As you drive up to the property, you will find oleander and lavender groves on both sides of the tarmac driveway and as soon as you arrive you will notice the typical Mediterranean style of the old villa landscape.
Redonda is a completely independent two-storey part of the Can Pina house with its own entrance and terrace. It is also part of the huge estate (over 30,000 m²), which includes three other beautiful villas and villa flats, which you will also find in our range.
