Positioned on the banks of the Kitzbühler Ache, our apartment is quiet and very central, the city center of St. Johann is approx. 3 minutes on foot.
Hiking and cycling trails start right in front of the house to experience the region and the mountains. The St. Johann in Tirol cable car is only 950 meters away, however for those that want it, the ski bus, stops right next to the house and takes you to the cable car. The surrounding ski areas, Kitzbühel, Fieberbrunn or the Steinplatte, can be reached in a few minutes by car. The entrance to the cross-country ski trail is within walking distance ( aprox. 10 minutes away ). The Panorama indoor / outdoor pool is only 450 meters away.
The apartment is 57 square meters with 1x private double room and 1 living room with kitchen, separate shower / toilet and a private balcony.
