This autochthonous Istrian stone house in a row is located in Kastelir, 10 km from Porec and 6 km from Lanterna beach. A well-known restaurant is only 100m away, while the nearest shop, pizzeria, ATM, tavern, wine road and other facilities are about 1km away. The house was completely renovated in 2011, and during the reconstruction care was taken to preserve the originality of the old stone house. Located in a quiet location, the house offers its guests a 100m2 fully fenced garden with a covered terrace and seating, brick barbecue and private parking for one car. The owner lives nearby and is available at all times.
Casa Paola for 6 persons, with a total living area of ​​110 m2 which are spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, a dining table and a bathroom with a shower/toilet. On the first floor of the house there are three bedrooms, one with separate beds, and 2 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own balcony, and a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub. One balcony is equipped with seating and deckchairs, and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. This rustically decorated holiday home is ideal for families with children, pets are welcome.The house is partially air-conditioned, WiFi is available to guests, all included in the price.
