Built at the beginning of the twentieth century, this beautiful villa in Peresiji can accommodate up to five people in a modern interior with details of wood and stone that extends over two floors. Villa Mala Hiža is located near Savičenta, in quiet Istria's inland. Besides the swimming pool surrounded by stone slabs, and on one side protected by a high wall, villa Mala Hiža in Peresiji offers air-conditioned living space with one additional sleeping place on couch bed, free WiFi, barbacue, storage for bicycles and parking space. The bedrooms are very nicely decorated, each with a double bed and bathrooms are decorated in bright colors and fully equipped. For families with small children, a free baby cot is available on request.
