The ideal villa in the north of the Gard, set in a naturally unspoilt environment with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. It offers both peace and tranquillity to its occupants whilst being easily accessible from the town.
It is ideally located between Avignon and the Cèze valley, offering many of the opportunities for excursions and cultural, sporting and gastronomic activities that this heritage-rich region has to offer.
The villa is spacious and comfortable, with large, bright rooms, a lounge that opens onto the outside and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. There are several en-suite bedrooms, an office area and a lounge/recreation room for relaxing.

We have invested in quality equipment to make daily life easier and more comfortable. First of all, we have a steam oven that allows us to cook food in a healthier way, preserving nutrients and flavours. We also have a dishwasher for quick disposal of dirty dishes and cutlery.
To reheat leftovers or prepare a quick meal, we use our microwave. As for laundry, we have a washing machine so we can wash our clothes regularly and easily. And when we have a lot of laundry, we use our fan-assisted oven to dry sheets and towels.
We've also invested in a softened water system, which gives us softer water with less limescale, making household chores easier and extending the life of our equipment.
Outside, we have an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after a hot day at the beach. And for the comfort of our guests, we provide bath towels. Finally, for the elderly, we have an articulated double bed, which allows personalised adjustment for spinal and joint comfort.

A large garden with trees, an infinity pool, a sunny terrace and a barbecue area offer the opportunity to spend relaxing and convivial moments with family and friends.

Electric car charging is strictly prohibited on the house's electricity supply.
