Quietly located holiday house with a garden

This holiday house is located in Fabbrica, a small, quiet and typically Tuscan village dating back to the medieval times, with just 23 houses. Fabbrica lies 450m above sea level and is surrounded by forests. The location of the house is ideal for a holiday off the beaten track, away from noisy cities.

In the outdoor area two small gardens are available for guests‘ exclusive use. These are equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, a parasol and a barbecue.

The living space of the holiday house is spread across two floors. On the ground floor you will find a large kitchen-diner with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a living room, separated from the kitchen-diner by a sliding door, with a sofa bed for two people, and a small laundry room with a washing machine. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and armchair bed, and a bathroom with shower. The house features a typical Tuscan interior with clay tiles and beams on the ceiling.

You can go on extended walks through chestnut forests. Fabbrica is also a good starting point for visiting sites of artistic importance, such as the small medieval town Pistoia (7km), Florence (about 30km) with its grand Renaissance buildings, Pisa (around 60km), Siena ( about 80km) and Lucca (about 40km). The beaches of Versilia can be reached in less than an hour. The famous spa resort of Montecatini, with golf courses and riding stables, is about 15km from the holiday house. In the vicinity you will find many good restaurants offering typical Tuscan cuisine and local wines.
